Collaborating closely with Touchstone and Riskbase, we devised a robust project strategy to swiftly assess a large number of doors using asset tagging technology, facilitating seamless updates. Incorporating QR codes or RFID asset tagging bolstered the accuracy and reliability of compliance data capture, enhancing overall efficiency.

 

Our dedicated team of schedulers meticulously planned optimal days and times for door assessments, including flat entrance doors. Employing innovative approaches, we engaged residents through proactive communication channels such as letters, phone calls, and SMS text messages. This proactive approach was essential in overcoming the challenges of gaining access to residents' apartments, ensuring a high success rate through careful timing and ample notification.

 

Despite the logistical hurdles posed by rural locations and considerable distances between properties, we successfully completed the project within the designated timeframe.
